Programme and Event Information

The cost for attending the full 3 days of the conference is £600 plus VAT at 20%.

The event takes place Thursday 26th May 2016 from 8am to 6pm, Friday 27th from 8am to 6pm and Saturday 28th from 8am to 5pm.

This fee includes access to all sessions, masterclasses, wine tastings and workshops, plus morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch.

Programme and Event Information

The official opening ceremony reception for the ICCWS 2016 will be held on the 25th May at the Brighton museum.

Sponsored by The Worshipful Company of Vintners, delegates can expect to sample some of the finest wines and chat to the producers as they make their way through the interconnecting rooms of the Brighton museum’s two floors, networking with others attendees and enjoying a selection of locally produced canapés and live music.

Tickets are complimentary and exclusively available to ICCWS conference ticket holders, who are invited and encouraged to attend this unique event.

Please register your attendance for the opening ceremony by ticking the box when purchasing your conference tickets.

Wine tasting and Canapés at the Brighton Sea life centre, an evening not to be missed…

Make your way through the shark tunnel, stingray pool and an array of quirky displays housing tropical fish of all shapes and sizes as you sample wines from around the world. Mingle with wine experts as together you taste and journey through this exciting networking event set in a very unusual venue.

Several cool climate wine regions will be represented, each with a dedicated area spread throughout the aquarium and each sampling a range of producers’ wines from their region.

A delicious selection of mixed, local and sustainably sourced canapés will be served with flavours picked to compliment the wines served.

After dinner guests will be entertained by the critically acclaimed & internationally renowned Beatles tribute band, Beatlemania, followed by a DJ for those wishing to dance to the early hours.

As the main ICCWS evening event, the Gala Dinner promises the opportunity to catch up with old and new industry friends, enjoy fantastic food & cool climate wines, in a luxurious setting.  Tickets are £65 + VAT and are limited, so please do book in advance.  There are also tables of 10 available on the ticketing page for £650+VAT for those who wish to entertain guests and clients or for those who just wish to come with a group of friends.
